The CURE Water Damage has a large state-of-the-art National Training Center located in Seattle Washington . Our newly built training facility is comprised of training classrooms for Operations and Technical Training. We also have a residential home built inside our training center that is used for hands-on drying applications. This specialized hands-on training is called our DRIQUEST® training. Our training classes are conducted for Franchisees, their Employees and Technicians on operations and restoration techniques used by the CURE.

Our Operations training consists of one week of classroom instruction in Administrative Procedures, Management Systems, Proven Methods of Operation, Effective Marketing Techniques and our Intranet System. You will also see, first hand, our company owned office in full operation. From this training you will come away with the knowledge and certainty on how to operate your CURE franchise.

The second week of training is our specialized hands-on DRIQUEST® training. This consists of a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on technical training in our on-site flood house, which is one of a few in the world. Our flood house is used to demonstrate drying techniques by flooding the house and then drying the materials.

At the completion of the two week training you will have the knowledge, skills and application to operate your franchise smoothly and successfully. Here's what Franchisees, their employees and technicians have said about our training.

R.R. Employee - "I was surprised at how much information was expressed in such a short amount of time and how much of that we were able to absorb. It is impressive to work for a company that cares so much, about the level of training and support they give to their employees, as well as their franchisees."

T.E. Employee - "I learned a lot these past two weeks.  I feel much more confident in how to do my job and that there is an exact way to get results in this business.  It was great to read through the operations manual and have instruction on how to implement it.  The power point presentation was really cool, too."

V.S. Employee -" I learned so much in the past 2 weeks that I feel that there could not come a situation that I could not handle in the most professional manner and feel so confident about the way I will handle it. I have no doubt that our company is the best in the industry they have all the materials to help us with any situation.
